D.R. Bahl

Graduated from the University of Delhi, majoring in Commerce in the year 1951 and upon qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1954 worked in our firm before being inducted as a partner in the year 1959. Responsible for handling the Tax Matters of our clients before the Appellate Authorities including the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal.

U.N. Marwah

Graduated from St. Stephen College, University of Delhi majoring in Mathematics in 1968 and upon qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1972 was inducted as a Partner. He has been responsible for and in-charge of Audit & Business Advisory and Consultancy Services.

In his capacity as Business Advisor, he handles matters relating to the setting up of businesses abroad on behalf of Indian Corporate Clients and at the same time setting up branches and offices in India on behalf of Foreign Clients; interacting and liasoning with various officials of the Reserve Bank of India under the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (FEMA) and advising clients on compliance of Direct Tax matters in relation thereto.

He specialises in advising and rendering consultancy services to clients in relation to structuring strategic investments, re-structuring activities and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) including cross-border holdings, valuations etc.

Raghu Marwah

Graduated from Hindu College, University of Delhi in the year 1998 in Bachelor of Arts (Economic) Honours and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2003. He joined the team after completing his training with PriceWaterhouseCoopers where he gained wide experience in both their Audit and Taxation Divisions.

He was inducted as a partner in 2003 and has been involved in various projects including:

Anil Kumar

Executive Partner

Graduated from University of Delhi majoring in Commerce in the year 1983 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 1987. He upon becoming a Chartered Accountant joined the team, handling Tax Representations ofIndividual and Corporate Clients and in view of his experience and long association has been inducted as an Executive Partner of the Tax Division in 2008.

Manoj Gupta

Executive Partner

Graduated from University of Delhi in the year 1994 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 1998. He joined the team in 1998 and in view of his invaluable contribution to the team has been inducted an Executive Partner of the Audit Division in 2008. Adept at audits in a computerised ERP environment like BAAN, SAP etc.

Sikander Talwar (Retd. IRS)

Senior Advisor Taxation- Upon completing his Masters from St. Stephens' College, Delhi University in 1968 he was inducted into the Indian Revenue Service in the same year. During his illustrious tenure in Service he held various key posts including, Director & Joint Secretary Ministry of Industries, Govt. Of India; Director in various Public Sector Enterprises and was associated in the formulation and implementation of Government policy on Disinvestment in Public Sector Enterprises in the Capital Markets.

On retiring as the Chief Commissioner Income Tax, New Delhi in 2005 he joined the team as a Senior Advisor Taxation.

Vinit Dayal

Senior Advisor - Mr. Vinit Dayal is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors. He has over 29 years of professional experience with leading commercial banks and two of the Big Four firms ( KPMG and PwC) in commercial banking, venture capital, risk-based internal audit and compliance. Mr. Dayal has held senior internal audit positions with leading organizations like ANZ Bank, Bank of America, Times Bank and Oman International Bank from 1990-2004. Subsequently, prior to joining The RNM Team in end April 2010, Mr. Dayal worked as an independent internal audit and risk management consultant. As an independent internal audit and risk consultant he acted as Principal Adviser to the Risk Advisory business unit of a leading BPO – EXL Service Inc - on Risk Advisory Services, such as risk-based internal audit projects during the period 2006 – 2008.

Naveen Sharma

Assistant Vice President–Finance and Consultancy, is a qualified MBA (Finance) from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India Business School, Hyderabad, CFA Level 2 Candidate and BBA (Finance) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi; with 4 Years of experience in Corporate Finance, derivatives, technical analysis, strategic consultancy. Previously worked with companies like Bajaj Capital, Elite Stock Management, GE Capital and Raffles Corporate Consultants. He has previously worked in India, Singapore, and Australia; presently functioning as an Assistant Vice President in the Corporate Finance & Consultancy Division.
Kalpesh Bohra

Assistant Vice President - Finance & Consultancy. He is a qualified MBA (Finance) from MS Ramiah, Bangalore and B.Com, with 4 years experience in corporate finance, banking, due diligence, valuation for start-ups companies. Previously worked with companies like Karvy, HCL Infosystems and Pipal Research. He brings in immense experience from Global Macro and Banking Industry to RNM. He joined the team in 2009 from Pipal Research and Analytics Ltd, Gurgaon and is presently functioning as an Assistant Vice President in the Corporate Finance & Consultancy Division.

Santosh Kumar

Manager- Indirect Taxation, Graduated from University of Ranchi, and upon passing his L.L.B. from University of Magadh was admitted to the High Court Bar Council in the year 2002. He has joined the team in 2007 from M/s J.K. Mittal & Associates and is presently functioning as Assistant Manager Indirect Taxation Division.
Manish Kumar

Deputy Manager - Audit: Completed his Bachelors of Commerce from Kirori Mal College, Delhi University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2009. He has also obtained a Certification in IFRS. He joined the RNM Team in December, 2010 as Deputy Manager - Audit Division from Ernst & Young. He has hands on experience in handling Statutory Audit.

Ajit Kumar Gupta

Deputy Manager- Corporate & Legal, Graduated from University of Allahabad, and qualified as a Company Secretary in 2008, having experience of handling matters related to Compliances and Corporate laws. He joined our team in 2008 after completing his training with SMG & Associates, Company Secretaries and Kamdhenu Ispat Ltd., a public listed Company. He is presently functioning as Assistant Manager in the Corporate & Legal Division.

Ravinder Pal Singh

Deputy Manager– Direct Tax, Graduated from University of Delhi in year 2006, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in year 2008. He has undergone his training with M/s R.N. Marwah & Co. and M/s NDR & Co.; presently functioning as Assistant Manager in the Taxation Division.

Rashmi Dangri

Deputy Manager - Direct Tax, Graduated from University of Delhi in 2003, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2007. She has undergone her training with M/s Bhambri Chopra & Pushkarna and is presently functioning as Deputy Manager Taxation Division.

Rahul Mittal

Assistant Manager – Audit: Completed his Bachelors of Commerce from University of Delhi and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2009. He completed his Articleship from Mahalwala & Co., Chartered Accountants in the field of Internal Audit. He joined the Team in 2008 from Rakesh Chand & Associates and is presently functioning as Assistant Manager - Audit Division. He has hands on experience in handling Internal Audit, Stock Audit and is currently the part of Statutory Audit Division.

Shalu Arora

Assistant Manager – Indirect Tax: Completed her Bachelors of Commerce from CCS University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in year 2009. She joined the Team in July 2008 after undergoing part of her training with M/s Kanwal Chanana & Associate and is presently functioning as Assistant Manager in the Indirect Tax Division.
Deepak Goel

Assistant Manager – Direct Tax: Graduated from Shyam Lal College, University of Delhi and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2008. He has undergone his training with M/s Kumar Chopra & Associates. He joined RNM Team in Oct 2010 and has experience in Direct Taxation. He is currently working as Assistant Manager – Direct Tax Division.

Varun Bhutani

Assistant Manager – Corporate Finance: MBA in Finance & Marketing from Delhi Institute of Advanced Studies, GGSIPU. Graduated in Computer Science from Hans Raj Colleage. He has joined Team RNM in April 2011 as Assistant Manager Corporate Finance.

Priyanka Ajmani

Assistant Manager – Corporate & Legal: Graduated in Commerce from CSJM University, Kanpur and qualified Company Secretary in 2009. Did training under PR Singh & Co. She has joined Team RNM in March 2011 and functioning as Assistant Manager – Corporate & Legal.

Santanu Deka

Assistant Manager - Corporate Law: Graduated from Guwahati Commerce College, University of Guwahati in Bachelor of Commerce and qualified as a Company Secretary in the year 2009. He joined Team RNM in July 2009 and has a wide experience in the field of Corporate Laws, Compliances & Legal work. He is currently functioning as Assistant Manager - Corporate Law.
Anika Sharma

Assistant Manager – Human Resource: Graduated in Commerce from Delhi University along with Bachelor of Computer Application from IGNOU. MBA from IMT Ghaziabad in Human Resource. She has joined Team RNM in Oct.2010. She is currently functioning as Assistant Manager – Human Resource.
