To keep up with the increase in demand industries and organisations push their employees to do more and more work. Due to increase in competitors in every field organisations are trying to find way to increase their rate of work along with efficiency and quality. This has caused various organisationss to turn toward automation. Automation can do daily repetitive task without getting tired with almost hundred percent efficiency every single time and faster than human work force can. While looking towards automation one of the biggest players in the field of business process automation is RPA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Robotic process automation (RPA) is the use of software with artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning and capability to handle high-volume, repeatable task that previously required humans to perform. These tasks can include queries, calculations and maintenance of record and transactions. RPA technology sometimes called a software robot or bot, mimics a human worker, logging into applications, entering data, calculating, and completing task and logging out. RPA software is not part of an organisation\u2019s IT infrastructure.
