In this edition we have tried to bring you notice the latest amendment that followed in the month of June, 2025 issued by MCA, SEBI, RBI and Other laws.<\/span><\/p>\n

MCA<\/b><\/h2>\n

MCA has launched the final set of 38 Company Forms including 13 Annual filing forms on 14th July 2025 at 12:00 AM<\/b><\/p>\n

With the said changes, the MCA has combined V2 portal with V3 portal and transfer all pending Form in V3 portal.<\/span><\/p>\n

SEBI has released the modified Investor Charter for Investment advisors.<\/b><\/p>\n

In a move to enhance financial consumer protection alongside enhanced financial inclusion and financial literacy and in view of the recent developments in the securities market including introduction of Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform and SCORES 2.0. SEBI, based on consultation with Industry Standards Forum (ISF) for Research Analysts, updated investor charter for Investment advisors.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

SEBI has issued a circular to provide Limited relaxation from compliance with certain provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.<\/b><\/p>\n

In accordance with the MCA General Circular 09\/2024 dated September 19, 2024 the SEBI has provided one time relaxation from the\u00a0period commencing from June 06, 2025 to September 30, 2025\u00a0from the requirements of Regulation 58(1)(b) of the SEBI Listing Regulations to entities who have listed their non-convertible debentures provided the advisement in terms of Regulation 52(8) of the SEBI Listing Regulations discloses the web link of the statement containing the salient features of all the documents, as specified in Section 136 of Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder, so as to enable the holder of non-convertible securities to have access to the said the statement.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
